Clevisha Smith spent most of her teenage life playing basketball, representing the City of Birmingham in various competitions around England. Sadly, a chronic ankle injury ended the prospect of a professional basketball career for Clevisha. She then took her passion and experience as an elite athlete to train as a Sports Therapist. After spending several years working with elite and professional athletes across various sports, including but not limited to basketball, football, boxing, tennis, squash, running, and cycling, Clevisha re-trained as a Physiotherapist. She then worked in the NHS in a large hospital treating all patients, from children to the elderly. This included managing various neurological, degenerative, traumatic, cardiorespiratory, and vascular conditions. She then worked in the NHS in a large hospital treating all patients, from children to the elderly. Clevisha utilizes various methods, including but not limited to dry needling, joint mobilization and manipulation, and myofascial release, to aid in the most optimal recovery of her patient.
