Clevisha Smith spent most of her teenage life playing basketball, representing the City of Birmingham in various competitions around England. Sadly, a chronic ankle injury ended the prospect of a professional basketball career for Clevisha. She then took her passion and experience as an elite athlete to train as a Sports Therapist. After spending several years working with elite and professional athletes across various sports including but not limited to basketball, football, boxing, tennis, squash, running and cycling, Clevisha re-trained as a Physiotherapist. She then worked in the NHS in a large hospital treating all patients from children to the elderly. This included managing a variety of conditions ranging from neurological, degenerative, traumatic, cardiorespiratory and vascular. Clevisha is passionate about Clevisha re-trained as a Physiotherapist. She then worked in the NHS in a large hospital treating all patients from children to the elderly. Clevisha utilises a variety of methods including but not limited to dry needling, joint mobilisation and manipulation, myofascial release to aid in the most optimal recovery of her patient.
