Regenerative Cell Therapy
Preventive Aging and Regenerative Medicine has been the vision of many physicians for decades. From the concept of chelation, performed during World War One, in which toxins and heavy metals are eliminated from the body, to a new dimension of medicine, using Stem Cells to repair tissue and organs, recent medical advances have taken these visions to realistic applications.
The idea of rejuvenating the body from within is accomplished in an intense program, by which, analysis of hormone levels, vitamin levels, toxins and heavy metals, as well as, the “age index”, are used to prepare a unique replacement program specific to each individual. The application of Regenerative Cell Therapy, prepared from the fat specimen of each individual, processed and expanded into Mesenchymal Omnipotent Cells and re-administered by intravenous infusion, completes the Anti-Aging Program.
Regenerative Cell Therapy allows one’s own cells to have the potential for “homing the body”, searching for tissues and organs which are damaged or deficient due to disease and the aging process. Once these areas are recognized by the Regenerative Cells, they are able to repair these tissues and organs by regeneration. As of late, specific techniques have been established for labeling these Regenerative Cells and therefore tracking them to the target organs and demonstrating their effectiveness.

Who We Are
The Da Vinci Centre is Cayman’s most exclusive Wellness and Alternative Therapies Centre where the genuine comfort and care of our patients is our focus. We are pioneers in regenerative cell therapy in the Cayman islands. We set a standard of service and excellence by which others can be compared.
Our facility is a licensed and registered health care facility and medical tourism facility. Our staff of professionals is licensed and board certified in anti aging medicine and alternative therapies.
Our cells are processed by an award winning, U. S. based, FDA compliant, Biotechnology Company. Together, we focus on the development and commercialization of adult stem cell technology for applications in stem cell research, drug development, and cell-based therapeutics to treat a variety of diseases and conditions. The company presently offers a series of tools and technologies to promote the development of stem cell research and clinical applications focusing on mesenchymal stem cells.
The key to our success is via accreditation from internationally recognized institutions. Our Institutional Review Board Certification and Accreditation, registered with the FDA, are pivotal for strengthening confidence in the quality of alternative healthcare we provide.
What Are Stem Cells?
Stem Cells are multipotent cells that can differentiate into a variety of cell types, including: osteoblasts (bone cells), chondrocytes (cartilage cells), myocytes (muscle cells) and adipocytes (fat cells), where they serve as an internal repair system replicating as needed to replace damaged tissue.
What Is Stem Cell Therapy?
Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy allows one’s own cells to have the potential for “homing the body”, searching for tissues and organs which are damaged or deficient due to disease or the aging process. Once these areas are recognized by the regenerative sells, they are able to repair these tissues and organs by regeneration.
Stem cell therapy offers the potential for billions of viable mesenchymal cells to differentiate within the human body
What Cellular Therapies Are Available?
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets. As a concentrated source of autologous platelets, PRP contains several different growth factors and other cytokines that can stimulate healing of soft tissue. Clinical applications have confirmed the efficacy of PRP as a treatment for sports injuries, musculoskeletal or nerve injuries, the accelerated healing of bone grafts, and the reductions of androgenic hair loss.
Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is a component of the lipoaspirate obtained from liposuction of excess adipose tissue. Lipoaspirate, the waste product of liposuction (cosmetic surgery), contains a large population of stem cells called adipose derived steam cells (ADSCs), which share a number of similarities with bone marrow stem cells, including the capacity for multilineage differentiation.
Adipose Derived Autologous Expanded Cells are extracted from one’s own fat sample via mini-liposuction, performed by a licensed physician. Once the cells have been aspirated (removed), the stem cells are processed and expanded in a State of the Art Cellular Expansion Laboratory according to the FDA accepted standards. Once the 30-45 day expansion process is complete, the stem cells are ready for transplant (intravenous infusion) to the patient.
A portion of the cells may be used for immediate treatment of certain medical conditions, whilst the remainder of cells are stored in cryogenic tanks for future use.
Allogeneic or Cord Blood Derived Stem Cells are isolated in large numbers from the Wharton’s jelly of human umbilical cords. Umbilical cord blood was once discarded as waste material but is now known to be a useful source of blood stem cells.
Today, cord blood stem cells are used in the treatment of nearly 80 diseases, including: a wide range of cancers, genetic diseases, and blood disorders. In a cord blood transplant, stem cells are infused into a patient’s bloodstream where they go to work healing and repairing damaged cells and tissue. When a transplant is successful, a healthy new immune system has been created.
